We collect two kinds of information:

In the normal course of our work, we research mineral ownership using publicly available sources like county clerk records, state regulatory filings (such as ECMC, WOGCC, and NDIC), and published pooling orders. If we reach out to you directly, it is likely because your name appears in these public records in connection with mineral rights.

03How we use it

We use the information we collect for a small set of specific purposes:

• To respond to your questions and requests for valuation or analysis
• To prepare written analyses of mineral rights and communicate them to you
• To contact you if we have questions about your rights, or if we are interested in purchasing them
