Timberline Minerals LLC is a family owned mineral rights office based in Texas. We work with individual mineral owners to provide analysis of mineral rights and, where it makes sense for both parties, to purchase those rights.

Offers we make, if any, are separate from the analysis.

05No offer is binding until both parties sign

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to purchase mineral rights. Any purchase we make is subject to a separate written purchase and sale agreement signed by both you and Timberline Minerals. Until such an agreement is signed, neither party is committed.

06Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep information on this site accurate and current. However, the oil and gas industry changes quickly — operators get acquired, regulations are updated, new wells are drilled. We do not guarantee that every detail on every page is up-to-date at any given moment, though we will correct errors promptly when we find them or when they are brought to our attention.
